Originally hidden behind a 5’ wall of dense hedge, this sidewalk garden is now ‘open to the public.’ Neighbors stop to see what’s blooming, beginning with early spring bulbs and finishing with dynamic fall color. A local iron worker created the new fence to match the existing stair railing.
